Background and Approach

Over the years, I have seen the benefits of focusing on one’s strengths, teaching the value of failure, mindfulness exercises, and practicing self compassion. My goal is to help any of my clients develop the skills and the support needed to work through future challenges and gain the confidence to know they can.

I am a Licensed Practicing Counselor and Supervisor (LPC-S) and have been practicing as a Counselor at the Academy of the Sacred Heart, NOLA girl’s high school for over 15 years.
